were discussing something the other day and our discussion somehow came to The Powerpuff Girls; we both agreed Him was the coolest villain of the series and how it would be absolutely awesome to stylize him.

So well, here it is! I don't much love the thin outline, I guess I didn't plan to do so. Actually, I'm not too happy with it at all. I still need to work on a background which will have to be some purple smoke-cloud thing, but right now, I'm too sleepy to do that, so I'm uploading this
